Hi all
i sold some media to MM they emailed me on the 12/04/24 telling me they received it and I will be paid the next working day (which I assumed would be Monday 15/04/24)
when I check my account it still says we have received your items once checked payment will be processed
i sent an email on the 15/04/24 to MM and received a reply yesterday saying the I was paid on the 12/04/24 and to check my bank account details, there was no option to follow up the email so had to send another
i I have sold many media items to MM with no issues until this, even still my account says we have received once checked etc
when I click the view order button it takes me to a totally different order and order value
can anyone advise what I can do as the replies via email seem to suggest they have made payment
