warranty nightmare

Hi Guys,
I bought a car from a dealer and it has been only 4 months and the car's AC has got some issues. i took it to a garage and they have quoted £1350 to fix the problem and the warranty company would cover only half of the quote. i am not sure what to do?
should i take it to the dealer? will he help me?
what should i do?

..why would you not take it to the dealer??....although depending on your warranty I would not really expect them to pay anything if the car is 2nd hand and over 3 months old. They will probably declare it a "wear and tear" item, like 99% of your car is (according to most 2nd hand car warranties).......I wish you luck, but don't hold your breath...

thanks for comment Stubod. there was an issue last time but the dealer help me fix it. Being new to the country and the processes, i dont know how to proceed0
