Airport Parking Fine

I’m not sure if this is in the right section so forgive me.

We received a penalty notice from parking at Heathrow, however we used a meet and greet services and the photo proof is actually the driver returning our car.

The company is refusing to respond to our contact and claim. Do we have any rights or way we can claim the charge from them or is it a case of suck it up?

When they delivered the car back to us they parked in an unauthorised bay.
