The reminder isn't relevant as they need the initial NTK to determine wether it was POFA compliant.
If you don't have this then you can get it with a Subject Access Request.
As usual, don't take my advice with authority, wait for the full timers. I'm just trying to help.3 -
Doesn't help because it's the Reminder.KeithP said:

No, I can't see anything POFA related on that second page either.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sorry for being a plonker but could anyone point me in the direction of an SAR Template? I've looked and can't seem to find an up to date one.0

Your first port of call for any questions/advice is always the NEWBIE sticky. However, these days, we do not recommend submitting a SAR until you are in possession of a N1 claim form, what stage are you at?Smelly_Dog said:Sorry for being a plonker but could anyone point me in the direction of an SAR Template? If you see above they seem to have only received a reminder. An SAR will help to determine if the original NTK is POFA compliant. AT the moment we don't know. The 30 day pause that they notified me of while they "investigate" is up on the 26th May.

CPP/PE NtKs are usually PoFA compliant but there are technical flaws I the recent ones I've seen. Just continue under the assumption that they are not fully PoFA compliant, so no revealing the drivers identity.2

We all know that Car Parking Partnership are part of the ParkingEye organisation, but do we ever see those entities mixed up in the same letter?...
