Hello,
Is it worth the effort to open a Regular saver account if you are not going for the max limit it allows?
I'm not awash with savings but like the concept of these accounts but are they worth applying for?

Easy access l suppose. Fixed not at the moment may need the cash soon.

I was under the impression that your cash is fixed in regular savers usually.

That depends on the terms of the specific RS. Most do, some will have penalties, some will require the account to be closed

This list is probably not bang up to date now but you can see that different RSs have different withdrawal aand/or early closure rules.
