Looking4Parking - Contact Issues

Does anyone have phone number for Looking4Parking customer services. I can't find anything on their site. Their customer support email response is well over 24 hours and has sent me round in circles.
I am trying to amend my car details as I've changed car since making the booking. The link on the confirmation email to ammend the booking does not work and the on-line system keeps saying it's unable to change the details, when the booking confirmation clearly states that I can make changes up to 48 hours before travel.
The customer service response was for me to contact the car park - this didn't work as their response was they couldn't do anything as I'd booked through a 3rd party - Looking4Parking.
Anyone had similar issues?

What is the name of the actual car park where you have booked for your car to be parked in? I suspect you are better off trying to contact them for the amendment rather than the 3rd party comparison site you booked via.
