Pursuing a car dealer for a faulty vehicle, but the company has moved addresses

Hi everyone,
Last year I purchased a vehicle from a car dealer, but soon found that there was a fault, to which I tried to contact them, but they were unresponsive. I was recommended by Citizen's Advice to write a letter requesting a refund, and when they did not answer I wrote a final warning letter. Once the deadline for the dealership to respond was up, I filed a case with the county court, where the verdict was for the company to give a full refund. However, prior to filing the case with the county court, we discovered this company was going to be struck off by Company's House, so we successfully objected to that to buy more time to pursue the company - we only have a couple of months left for this to be valid, unfortunately. Following the county court's decision, the company has not given us the refund, and they'd moved their address to a nearby street to where their original address was - although it is an abandoned place, with no business going on. It is still business as usual in the original, they are still dealing vehicles, just under a different business name. This means that we cannot send the bailiffs out to get the money, as there would be nothing to take at the company's registered address.
We have been passed on to so many different departments, but it feels like we just keep going in circles as it seems like all the departments we have been passed to cannot deal with our situation. Does anyone have any suggestions on what we can do?
Thank you very much in advance.

If they have no money, then they can't pay you.
Your claim is against the old company. Sadly this happens a lot & nothing you can do.Life in the slow lane1 -

Your claim is against the company you purchased the car from.

If you search for the directors on Companies House you might find that they have form for doing this and it's not the first timeRemember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0
