UC migration from CTC

Hi all,
We've recently migrated and our CTC was £349.10 every 4 weeks. Our UC entitlement is £92.17 per month.
Has anyone else had a massive cut? I've been back and forward with UC about this and they can't give me an explanation and tell me everything is right.
Is this migration and underhanded way for them to make big savings despite advertising like you might actually be better off?
This has made finances extremely tight in our house, they already were prior to this.
We have had no changes in circumstances from the figures that were used between CTC and UC other than possibly my annual increment at work which is minimal and would not cause an amount drop like this if still on CTC.

The easiest way for us to check is if you post up anonymised versions of your most recent tax credits award notice, and your UC payment statement.0
