Locked out of Chip app

I've had to click on the forgotten PIN button, as I got paint on my hands so my fingerprint wouldn't scan, then put in the wrong PIN.  How long until they respond?  I got an email asking for my email and mobile number.  Then nothing, for 3 hours...

How do you contact an APP ONLY company when locked out of the app ?
