"Pre-owned clothes"

As ebay are doing the no fees for selling "pre-owned" clothes I thought I might give it a go.
I have 3 or 4 items I bought ages ago and have never worn ( don't like or don't fit)
Only 1 has got a tag but are all unworn and new so how do i list?
If I list as "used" they are not, if I list as "new" they were when bought!
What is the correct listing as I am a private seller.
Also, I have seen on listings (under the title) the word pre-loved but on the listings tick box it only gives new or used as an option for listing.

Used = Pre-loved1

All clothes sold by private sellers won't have fees, so if it is new with tags list as new with tags, if used list as used, neither condition status will have fees charged if you are a private seller. Both are pre-owned, even if you didn't remove tags you still owned.2

When you get to the 'condition of your item' page, there is a !.
Click on that and it gives you the definitions of the 4 categories.New with tagsA brand-new, unused, unworn and undamaged item in the original packaging (such as the original box or bag) and/or with the original tags attached.New without tags
A brand-new, unused and unworn item that is not in its original retail packaging or may be missing its original retail packaging materials (such as the original box or bag). The original tags may not be attached. For example, new shoes (with absolutely no signs of wear) that are no longer in their original packaging (such as the original box or bag). The original tags may not be attached. Vinted have a very useful description of 'condition' but for some reason, eBay doesn't (or maybe they do and I haven't found it yet).0

it should be fairly easy to work out though, new with tags is just that , as is new without tags. Vinted is a minefield though with lots of new without tag items only having been worn twice, or at their cousin’s wedding. It’s one of the most complained about things on the various Vinted forums, people not understanding that new without tags doesn’t mean it can be worn and or washed.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I don't like it at all.
But I'm someone who views photos blown up and reads descriptions carefully.
With Vinted you can filter by description type and that's where you can see the descriptions for condition.
On eBay, after BNWT and BNWoT there is only 'used'.
Vinted go further and have 'very good', 'good' and 'satisfactory' - and provide descriptions for those categories.
I've been caught out once with Vinted descriptions and never again. Luckily it wasn't an expensive item.
