Hello, I am currently receiving UC, I have 3 children and 1 of them is disabled, I would like to know if that would make me exempt of the 2 child limit?

No https://www.gov.uk/guidance/universal-credit-and-families-with-more-than-2-children-information-for-claimants#special-circumstances
But regardless of which child is disabled, you will still get the disabled child element for them.1
