We never heard anything back from these cowboys. How do I go about reporting them to the DVLA et al and contacting the DVLA for sharing the Keeper details when they shouldn't have done. i.e. complaint, compensation etc?

Go back to NEWBIES thread the last post gives info on complaints. The BPA only accepts complaints after you've raised your complaint with the PPC, their complaints policy should be on BPA AOS members list. ICO website for their complaints procedure.
