    Absolutely not, treat him in the same way he treated you.

    You did the work for you, and got the result for you not him, forget it and move on without a backwards glance.

    Yep happened to us, sold our house, moved out of the area. About a year later got a cheque out of the blue from the old Council cos the new owner had appealed the band and won.
