Wowcher problems

Hello.
 Last week I bought 2 wowcher holiday vouchers, I redeemed one so I could speak to travel agent. Holiday was not as stated on website.They stated 3 London airports,  but once redeemed they told me it was their choice of which, which is not made plain.  I immediately emailed and used their whatsapp, cancelling un-redeemed voucher. Travel agent then rang to try to upsell product, then agreed to email wowcher to state I would get refund.
They now refute this ( travel agent)  Within 36 hours my other voucher was redeemed also, but not by me. Since then I have had emails stating they will refund via credit, then others stating they are sending me back to travel agent, on a continuous roll of one or other.  I have proof I asked for monies back and they are totally ignoring me.. It is making me ill and I don't know where to turn. Credit card company will not help for a month. Where do I go from here?

TBH, you are looking at getting Wowcher credit. As voucher was supplied & that is how they work.

One of my vouchers was unredeemed, thus I should be able to get the cash back surely.

I suspect the use of the word 'Or' suggests that it will be a voucher. However, you said in your post that both vouchers have been redeemed.

Was it by any chance one of the Mystery £99 holidays?

Just an update. I got a full refund for both redeemed and non redeemed vouchers. Advertising was wrong, and one voucher was redeemed without permission, Please read ALL small print before buying anything from this site. Go into the other pages within site to find them all.  Especially travel deals. I was lucky enough to have kept everything and had lot of backup. And write to them:
