Is Gigsberg.Com a scam?

Hi there, I've recently bought 2 tickets for a Bruce Springsteen concert, 22/05/2024 at The Stadium of Light in Sunderland through Gigsberg.Com. They are saying that they may not be able to email the tickets for me to download until just before the concert! I'm really concerned that this may be a scam. We booked accommodation and a kennel for our pooch. Can anyone please help me? Thank you in advance!

The probably reason for that is that this is a reseller site, and some ticket operators have now brought in dynamic barcodes for entry that change every so often to try and stop reselling, and so they would need to be sent to you literally just before you went in.
