EDF leccy smart meter stopped reading
I received the statement on the 12th for gas, all correct with the tariff change end of March, but there was nothing on electricity. Just checked my account and leccy smart meter hasn't sent out anything since 12th March.
The numbers do run in the meter, looks OK except the text Load Limit Status Inactive looks like something new.The two green lights flash every 5 seconds.

You may have a separate issue, but...
I didn't get a bill generated for April. Have been told there is an issue from the 5th April that affects meter readings that is 'being investigated'. My Hub is still showing data though.

So yesterday I gave the leccy meter reading to EDF online and did receive the statement/bill today based on that reading. Seems to me they're not able to read the meter themselves at the moment.

Have you recently moved from the old EDF system to the new one? There is a lag in communication during the changeover period as the new system if effectively a new supplier.JayMNa said:So yesterday I gave the leccy meter reading to EDF online and did receive the statement/bill today based on that reading.
