    The printer is wireless but my PC (and another device) aren't.
    Both are currently connected to the network.
    Hence, I wanted to make a network printer so it's accessible to everything (wired or wireless)

    It shouldn't matter. It sounds to me like you are trying to solve a problem that doesn't exist - or the wrong problem.
