Please start your own thread if you want assistance with a PCN from Horizon, or from any other private parking company
Then study the newbies sticky thread in announcements at the top of the parking forum, usually about 6 down from the top, post one talks about plan A first, appeal as keeper is plan B
It also has a template appeal in blue text for the vast majority of private parking company PCNs , but if it is non POFA then use a bespoke non POFA no keeper liability template appeal as seen in other recent non POFA PCN cases on here1
