Horizon Parking Golden Ticket!

The registered keeper has received the attached PCN from Horizon which as usual is not POFA compliant. Therefore they shall be appealing as keeper with the following:- I trust there is little point in detailing at this point any mitigating factors that led to the alleged overstay. Any comments welcome.

Please start your own thread if you want assistance with a PCN from Horizon, or from any other private parking company

Then study the newbies sticky thread in announcements at the top of the parking forum, usually about 6 down from the top, post one talks about plan A first, appeal as keeper is plan B

It also has a template appeal in blue text for the vast majority of private parking company PCNs , but if it is non POFA then use a bespoke non POFA no keeper liability template appeal as seen in other recent non POFA PCN cases on here
