Did you ask BG why you hadn’t received a gas bill at any point? That would go a long way in strengthening your case for any complaint if you can demonstrate that you’ve tried to resolve the issue before.How have you been providing them the gas readings so far? Over the phone to a customer service person each month or by some other method - more to the point have BG acknowledged that they’ve received these readings when you’ve been giving them.Moo…0

I have asked British Gas why they haven’t sent Any bills communications until this point. I’ve made a complaint about all this And I’m awaiting someone to call me back Initial readings were given to British Gas and they’ve done nothing with it0
