Oil level is ok - where it should be on the dipstick.
2018 vehicle, 72,000 miles purchase price was over £15,000. Bought with a hefty amount of p/x, bank transfer for deposit & credit card for remaining balance. Other points to note were getting charged for use of a credit card which didn't even cross my mind until I'd paid. I just don't see it being an unreasonable expectation to have an offer of a repair opposed to a 'it's your problem, deal with it'.
I understand things go wrong, it's mechanical anything can go wrong at anytime and if I'd owned it two years, fair enough my issue, not after two weeks. How it's handled is a different matter.
