    I got a letter from a legal services company on the matter above threatening a CCJ. should I continue to ignore them?

    Wait for the court claim from the court themselves.

    What is the name of the legal services company?  Was it a solicitor such as BW Legal, DCB Legal or Moorside Legal?  what did it say exactly?
