Hello thanks in advance for any help, went to West Bromwich Saturday to return an item to a shop at New Square… get 15 minutes before you have to pay was there for a little longer maybe 20 minutes max and forgot to validate my parking, tried yesterday to sort it but the information basically said if I didn’t pay at the time it’s too late now… where do I stand with this? Didn’t give them any details it’s Just Park controlled by Nexus I believe
