Chip Bank contacta

Hello

I'm desperatly trying to get a phone number for Chip Bank that gets me to a person.
Can anyone help?
I hate the basic conversation by email as I need to resolve an issue extreemly quickly.

    I doubt they have a phone number.

    Chip isn't actually a bank. So has less facility than banks. They state this
    Note that Chip is not a bank, meaning that we do not have physical branches, issue debit bank cards nor are you able to access your Chip money via ATMs. Chip does not provide financial advice and our services are only available via the Chip app.

    Chat via the app would be quicker than email.

    If anyone does contact CHip via the email address hello@getchip.uk, ensure that you include your phone number. It's not because Chip will phone you, but because the next email response you receive from Chip will say:

    "For security purposes, please could you confirm the phone number linked to your Chip account so I can help further with this?"

    You reply with phone number, then only they will provide support. I've raised a complaint as to how come the website dosen't mention the need to include phone number to begin with. This was their response:

    "Regarding your feedback on the website not stating that customers must provide their phone number in their initial email, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your comments have been shared with our web team for consideration. However, we cannot guarantee that this information will be added, as we aim to keep the website clear and accessible while balancing the amount of detail provided.".
