B&Q Damaged Goods

I received a delivery of flat packed bedroom units from B&Q about 6 weeks ago.
On opening the boxes several parts of the units had damages.
It was obvious that the damage was caused during manufacture not during transport.
I contacted B&Q the same day & sent them pictures of the damages.
Despite several emails & several phone calls I am getting knowwhere with a resolution.
I keep getting ( from a foreign call centre ) the usual crap about high calls volumes etc etc.
Any ideas what to do to get a sensible response from them ??

Who exactly did you purchase from, B&Q themselves or one of their 'partner companies'?

Not an answer to your question but I've found IKEA products to be very well made and packaged if you decide to look elsewhere.

Phone numbers for individual stores seem to be readily available.

    I might just do that
Although I think that they will just tell me to contact customer services.

The first place I would have gone us back to the shop.

If they direct you to customer services, that's fine get them to make the call for you whilst you are there to ensure a resolution

How long after purchase did you open the packaging and discover the damage?
