hi have just moved into our new basement flat and found people in our outside patio twice (once at 1am and once at 6am)
have been advised may be wort getting security light have called electricians who say they will fit for around £20 if we get them but can anyway recommend a light ie from argos or b & q - anything you have been unhappy or happy with - personal recommendations really appreicated - would also be good if we could control from indoors ie turn on and off manually if required ?
really appreciate any help am having to stay up at night at the moment as can't stand the thought of someone outside. would be keen to hear recommendations on burglar alarms too ..

Hi,
something like this from Argos will do,
IQ Floodlight 500 Watt with PIR. 701/8105 £8.99
500W tungsten halogen lamp included.
Fully automatic PIR movement sensor for quick and easy installation.
12m detection range.
140 degree detection angle.
Manual override for constant illumination
You can get more expensive ones that do the same job, but usually the mere activation of the light is enough to scare off loiters.
