Schedule regular withdrawals
Hi all, does anyone know of an EA savings account that has the feature whereby you can schedule regular withdrawals to a nominated current account .. (ie. weekly, monthly, quarterly) .. on a “until further notice” type of arrangement ?
FWIW, I can schedule a one off future payment in Barclays and NatWest on this basis but only for one payment .. I have heard that Skipton may offer the desired feature but can anyone confirm?

I believe (but check) that you can set up a standing order from Chase UK savings account to the Chase UK current account.1

Are you literally meaning 'regular' in the same sense both times, or are you actually looking for an easy access savings account rather than a regular saver as such (where limited monthly contributions are rewarded with higher interest rates) which will typically be less suitable for withdrawals?Horracce said:Hi all, does anyone know of a regular savings account that has the feature whereby you can schedule regular withdrawals to a nominated current account

I can confirm Skipton does allow this feature. You can specify a scheduled withdrawal to be made monthly, quarterly, or annually with or without an end date.ETA: whilst not strictly a savings account, you may also like to check out Kroo Bank's current account which pays interest tracking the BoE Base Rate. As a current account you can set up SOs, DDs, etc.I no longer check the forums as regularly as I used to. If you wish to catch my attention please remember to tag me (@ircE) so I get a notification.1 -
