Last year I posted about my abusive relationship with my former husband and that I was getting remarried and a upcoming trial of my ex for the abuse i suffered.
My former husband was found guilty last year and received a custodial sentence of four years.
I did marry my new partner last year and we are expecting i am three months along.
My ex husbands daughter whom i never really got along with is contacting my former neighbours and my family and friends saying her dad is innocent and was fitted up by me and the police.
I still havent received my divorce settlement and my solicitor is due to take the matter back to court very soon. Also my ex has refused to sign any documents including the clean break as he is aware i have remarried quite wealthy person.
His daughter has said if i receive a settlement it will reduce her and her brothers inheritance
Also i think my ex wont sign the clean break as he thinks he may be able to claim from me down the line and give the money to his son and daughter.
Just what should i do?.

What you should do is speak to the solicitor who you are already paying to give you proper legal advice. Not everything needs to be played out in a public forum. Anyone else reading this may wish to look at previous threads before commenting. The interfering uncle one is a classic of the genre. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.14
