Praise for excellent help and service from EVE at EE

I had a problem with my mobile reception when away from home.  I was worried about missing an important call or being unable to make a call.

When I contacted EE (late afternoon) Eve was very understanding and thorough.  She checked things out and arranged to telephone me the next morning at 8 o'clock.  At exactly 8 o'clock the next morning, as arranged, Eve telephoned. The problem was identified and had been resolved.  There was no option to leave feedback after Eve telephoned me and I would be pleased if Eve's Manager at EE were able to read this and appreciate what an excellent member of staff they have in Eve.

Her kindness, understanding and professionalism make her a worthy asset to EE and to customers.
