"Teilen Sie mir bitte den zu zahlenden Betrag in Euro mit!
Vielen Dank mit freundl. grüssen"
Means: "Please let me know the amount to be paid in Euros. Many thanks with best wishes."
Hope that helps0 -
I recall many Germans do not have or use paypal, and prefer to make payments using international bank transfer.
I'm reasonably sure you'll not get a paypal payment from this one. It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.
Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.0 -
the norm in germany is bank transfer as many germans don't have credit cards or use paypal. The worrying thing is that it is quite expensive to make an international bank transfer and becuase it is so widely used in Germany and free within that country, it can make selling cross-border to german ebayers difficult.0

we often get asked questions in various languages, and whilst not 100% accurate, the website below gives free translation enough to get the gist, you can also type an answer in English and it will translate back for you, so you can answer them in German / Italian etc
Hope it helps

Sending money by bank transfer TO Germany is expensive for us ripped-off Brits, but for anyone in Europe to send US money is virtually fee-free.
