Lost call history

Have been trying to get my last 12 months mobile call history from Lebara for about 3 weeks now. They have sent what they are saying is my complete call history with huge gaps ie between Aug and Dec it shows I only made 14 calls despite usually making on average 3 or 4 calls a day. No one calls me back despite all promises. Has anyone else had this issue? I need my call history for a legal case

Ask your solicitor or lawyer or whoever's representing you in the case in question to apply for the records? It will probably have more sway.0
