Booking.com Issues. Is it me?

I have tried to book an apartment in New York for late May and whilst it’s being advertised everytime I go to book it it claims that it has just been booked! I have chosen four different apartments and the same thing keeps happening. Is it me?
I have tried doing it on a PC (just keeps going back to the previous page) and on my mobile it states the apartment has just been booked and is no longer available.
