Hello, I received an LBA from the 'Legal Team' at Civil Enforcement. I've read the second post on the Newbies thread and i'm trying to do the MCOL AOS process using the PDF help file. Step 15 is about entering the court claim number and password to respond to a claim but i dont have this information. Am i missing something or not doing something correctly? Please advise.

If all you've received is a Letter Before Action, you're nowhere near the AOS stage with MCOL. They are not involved at this juncture. Follow the advice on how to deal with a LBA/LBC/LOC as provided in the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, second post. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You appear not yet to have received a County Court Claim Form.
It is that Claim Form that will have the missing detail.
The Claim Form comes around thirty days after the Letter Before Claim. Doesn't the LBA say something about that thirty days?2 -

Is this a continuation of the matter being discussed in your earlier Civil Enforcement thread?
Please keep all detail about a single incident in a single thread.
