Does anyone know how to get hold of the civil court business centre ? 

Southern water sent my debt to here whilst I was in breathing space and give me a CCJ .
 
The only reason i am aware of this , is because they forwarded the debt to another court called Highcourt writ Recovery which I did receive a letter from , i immediately got in contact with this company and explained i had not received any letters to me or from the previous court about this and was then informed i had been given a CCJ by the previous court .

They stated if I had proof of being in breathing space whilst the debt was sent to the courts and when the CCJ was given , they would pass all information on to Southern water on my behalf . 

So I sent everything I had , they was satisfied and even said themselves that it was totally unprofessional of Southern water to do this as they have to confirm the debt with step change when breathing space is done ! 

Couple weeks later I get an email from Southern water , stating they acknowledge their mess up, apologised then said the CCJ had been set aside , but would take a month to show on any reports .

I emailed back and agreed an affordable repayment plan with them .

I also emailed the 2nd court and they confirmed that southern water has closed the case with them and I would have no more dealings with them also .

Now 2 months later my CCJ is still active on my report,  I have tried to get hold of the civil court business centre but cannot , google reviews are ridiculous for them .

I contacted Southern water and they have said they have definitely informed them to close the case and set the CCJ aside based on the fact I was in breathing space the whole time this happened .

I tried to get it removed from my report with transunion.co.uk but they state I need a certificate and the only person who can give me one is the courts ! 

How can I get a certificate when they do not answer calls or emails ? 

I do not want a ccj on my report that the orginal creditor got removed for their own wrong doing and I'm repaying the debt back ! 

Any advice ?

Did you get hold of the CNBC?

They changed their name from the CCBC.

On the parking board, we help victim Defendants deal with the CNBC all the time and we find they answer their phones much quicker at 8.30am.  Any later and it might take over an hour, even 2 hours.  Stay on the phone while you do other things.

They also changed their email addresses overnight (no warning or overlap) at the end of February to new CNBC ones, and anything sent to the old CCBC email addresses DOESN'T get forwarded.  It's in a black hole.
