Edit additional postage on ebay app?

I have a few multiple quantity listings, the postage should only be one charge per order but the additional postage price seems to be set the same as the original postage price for each extra item.

Is there a way to edit this using the app?
Or do I need to use a desktop computer?

If I need to use a computer is there a way to do it for all my listings at once or do I need to go through them individually?

I find the app has some limits- as making a postage rule for MVLs on a PC or ipad seems relatively easy. Is there nothing if you open all the dit buttons in your MVL options re postage?
