I have now received a certificate of interest paid - KR post always seems to take a week longer to arrive. On reflection, whilst I didn't recall receiving either a cert or a closing statement for most of the other accounts I've held it's probably just that they were ISAs whereas this was an ordinary fixed rate account.0
