Has anyone had a problem with the MSE/MoneySuperMarket tool not giving the right information to the insurers ?

I just took out a policy and a declared claim was not on the documents when I checked them.

You should never assume the correct information has been passed across. You should always go through all of the information again once you get passed across to the providers site.

Quite often find something to correct and a mistake such as a claim not going across could result in you getting the policy cancelled and be a very expensive consequence for many years.

Haven't looked at aggregator integration in a long time but Money Supermarket historically had the worst integration, for a long time they were still doing guesswork quotes whilst Confused.com and CompareTheMarket had APIs
