  • Absolutely- we sold a previous survey (our sale fell through) for £300 to the new purchaser. No protection from surveyor but new buyer was happy with it.

    Just ask the EA to ask the previous purchaser.

    Prices are creeping up in places like London, I understand. £25k sounds like a lot, but it all depends on the actual asking price. It could just be 1%... :smile:
    Sales are falling though? Asking prices don`t really mean anything.

    That would be a red flag, and also the price increase, I would look elsewhere.
