The Terms and Conditions of this Promotion form part of the Terms and Conditions for use of our website and our generic terms and conditions which apply to all Promotions which are found here and are to be read in conjunction with the Promotion Rules

• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Prize draw.
• To enter, participants must have a valid email address and must submit their email address to win a Lab-Grown Diamond Ring.
• The ring will be that stocked by the Promoter under product code 9LGR002.No alternative piece of jewellery will be offered. No cash alternative will be offered.
• Participants may only enter this Prize Draw once. If a participant enters multiple times, then only one entry will be counted.
• There will be one prize draw made 22nd May 2024
• The ability to enter the Prize draw ends at 23.59 on Saturday 18th May 2024.  After that time no further entries to the Prize Draw will be permitted.  The winner will be contacted by the Promoter following the closing date.
• The Winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries verified by the Promoter.  The winner will be notified via email and the Promoter will request the winner to contact customers@warren-james.co.uk to claim their prize or advise of an alternative method to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
• Details of the name and county of residence of the winner will be made available to members of the public after the Prize draw and shared on our social platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok) and in the Promoter’s email campaigns.
• The prize will be sent to the winner via post. The winner will be contacted to request their full address including post code by the Promoter. Alternatively, there is an option to collect your prize in store with full and correct proof of ID. If the winner fails to provide their full address or make collection arrangements within the timeframe specified by the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.  
• Sizing will be discussed when the winner has been contacted but is at the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
• The Promoter reserves the right to withhold a prize due to incorrect or false information being provided.
• Entry into this competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
