Wedding Videographer agreed to refund, gone silent

Hi, we complained about our wedding videographer, he mis-remembered our wedding video package, sent us the cheaper version, lost the master footage, and realised we'd paid for the full thing.
We agreed to give him a chance to make a satisfactory go of it with the footage he still had, and that he would refund us the difference in price, after months (where we would have to send nudges to get updates) he sent us a video that was, fine, and we agreed to stop it there.
It's been six months since that point, and two months since he was "sending it tonight". No response since, what route can we take?

If you have their address, letter before action and then small claims OP.

How did you pay and how much are we talking about?
And what's the timeline here? When was the original agreement that he would video; when was the wedding; when was he meant to deliver footage; when did you agree that he could provide lesser coverage?0 -
Chargeback or S75 claim are possible options, but you need to give more info: how you paid and the time frame since the payment/wedding.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
