Management Pack as Freehold Owner

I am in the process of selling a leasehold flat, where I am also part owner of the Freehold. My co-owners are not aware of the process for obtaining/collating a Management Pack which has been requested by our solicitors. I'm happy to do the legwork to prepare it, but I'm not very clear on the requirements/how to go about this.
Does anyone here have any experience of procuring/producing a Management Pack when you are the owner of the freehold?
Thanks!
