Business seller?

Sorry, edited.  Not rocket science, just pressed on the seller details 🙄

Apologies for bothering you all again.

Simply, how can I determine if someone is selling as a  business?

There's something I want, the seller has multiples in different sizes (a dress) which are sold as new and "made for".  All indicators of a business.  Not particularly cheap which is fine but I don't like that all over the listing is that returns aren't accepted.

I could ask for more measurements but not sure about dealing with a business masquerading as a private seller or if a business one who doesn't understand the distance selling regulations.

And I've just realised worth looking at feedback....

And having done so is registered as a private seller.

Visit the profile (ABOUT) and look for business details address etc. If you're not happy you can Return it you have 30 days consumers rights you may have to pay return unless it's Item not as described. INAD claim they'll fund return through ebay if it's a change of mind then you may have to pay return depending on seller's conditions.

Probably wise, I tend to avoid business sellers masquerading as private sellers as well.

You can report them as well, I can't remember what the option is but there's definitely one that fits this scenario.

I have reported them, thanks Spoonie, but apparently I won't be notified of the result of the report which seems bizarre.

When I looked at what they were selling there were hundreds of clothes, all "made for" high street shops.

Id say id report back but I probably won't know!
