Fitbit Charge 5

There seems to be an issue with Fitbit devices failing after the one year warranty fails. Where do we stand on this? If I've paid £125 for a device then I expect it to last more than a year!

    You need to have a read on the consumer rights act (or whatever its called)

    Also as this is not a tech question you might get better answers on another part of this forum

    I don't know if this is relevant but my Fitbit stopped charging until I updated the app.

    500 Posts Second Anniversary Photogenic Name Dropper
    You could just take it to a phone repair to get a new battery fitted it's a quick process. Not to expensive.
