Hi, Aviva opened their portal for getting extensions for trip length etc today. Tried to register by inputting my correct name, DOB and Flex Plus account details. Low and behold. "Your details are not recognized. Please contact Nationwide to ensure you are using the correct details."!!!

The problem may be down to the name. Full name may be Fred John Smith, but be held on the records as Fred J Smith or similar. I would call in to your local branch as you may get caught out by security questions on the phone if there is some kind of anomoly.

Contacted Nationwide who said I had 2 slightly different home addresses on file and this could have caused problem.
Managed to log in yesterday without problem but got this message when tried to log in today.
