Hi, Aviva opened their portal for getting extensions for trip length etc today. Tried to register by inputting my correct name, DOB and Flex Plus account details. Low and behold. "Your details are not recognized. Please contact Nationwide to ensure you are using the correct details."!!!

    Could it be something as basic as a variation in the format of the name? For example, Nationwide just using middle initials and the OP using full names, or vice versa?
