App is freezing

Everytime I open the App it gets to the MSE Bill Buster page and freezes. The only thing I'm able to do is close it down. I've uninstall it and reinstalled but it's the same thing each time. I downloaded from the Google play store

    What else is connected to the WiFi it may also be a security protection enabled so check those settings.
