Dink Hero? Unauthorised £25 debit every fortnight!

Has anyone else heard of Dink Hero.. Appears to be a games website. Never used it and didn't sign up for anything yet £24.99 has been taken from my bank account 3 times in the past 4 weeks plus an initial £3. That's nearly £80 in a month! Is this a scam or have I unwittingly signed up for something? And how do I cancel this?! It doesn't appear on my bank list of direct debits and I wouldn't know how to find the source of this. Help!

It wont be a direct debit then, you or someone else at some point have given them your card number, so its continuous card authority.1

Check your emails, particularly your spam folder. Do the same with your phone texts. It's possible you have a message somewhere about whatever it is.
I suspect you've clicked on an ad banner or something on an app or website, and it's pulled your card details from your phone. I'd speak to your bank about how to stop further transactions, and review your online security.

Thank you both for your advice, I'll do that0

if it doesn't appear in your list of direct debits then it is likely they are using your debit card using something called a CPA or continuous payment authority
They must have got hold of your debit card number, expiry date etc somehow
your bank can stop them0 -
