Eligibility

1. This promotion is open to United Kingdom (England, Wales and Scotland and Northern Ireland) residents aged 18 or over, holding a valid Mastercard® card and registered on www.priceless.com, excluding employees and their immediate families of Mastercard , its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

2. The promotion will run from 14:00 BST on 05/04/2024 to 14:00 BST on 29/04/2024. (the "Closing Date") inclusive ("Promotional Period"). All entries received outside this period will be invalid.

3. To enter the prize draw, Mastercard cardholders must sign into their priceless.com account (new customers will need to register by confirming their 16-digit Mastercard card number and providing their email address), press "Enter Now" and complete the entry form during the promotional period, by providing their full name, phone number, confirmation they are 18+ and live in the UK, confirmation them and their guest are available to between 31/05/2024 and 02/06/2024. Cardholders who have not provided their Mastercard card details, when signing up for a priceless.com account, will be required to provide their card details in order to enter the prize draw. This is for authentication purposes only; the prize draw is free to enter. Cardholders will also need to tick a box confirming they are a UK resident aged 18+ and accept the promotional Terms and Conditions and acknowledge the Priceless Privacy Notice.

4. By submitting an entry to the to the prize draw, you understand and agree that you are providing information to Mastercard. You accept that your first name, last name and contact phone number will be captured for up to 3 months after the end of the promotion for the purpose of contacting you if you are the winner after which any data obtained will be deleted. The winner will also need to provide their home address and date of birth, along with the full name of their guest. This data will be captured for up to 3 months after the prize has been fulfilled. The responsibility of taking consent for processing of personal data of the guest, lies with the participant cardholder. This information will be processed in accordance with the Campaign Privacy Notice.

5. Only one entry per cardholder is permitted during the Promotional Period. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force' or any other automated means, that person's entries will be all disqualified and the prize award will be void.

6. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else's behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter's discretion.

7. Numerous factors outside the control of the Promoter may interfere with the operation of the website. The Promoter does not therefore guarantee continuous uninterrupted or secure access to website.

8. Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

9. No purchase necessary, however, internet access is required.

Prize and Fulfilment

10. Entries must be received during the Promotional Period until the Closing Date. The prize draw will take place on or before 02/05/2024 and the winner(s) (and some reserve winners) will be selected at random from all eligible entries using an independent third-party computer system. The winner(s) will be notified by email and/or phone call via the details provided on registration at priceless.com, within three (3) working days of the close of the promotion. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email and phone connections during this time in case they are the winner.

11. The winner will have 72 HOURS from first being contacted to accept the prize by following the instructions provided in the winning email notification, confirming them and their guest are 18+ and they are available on the specified dates. Failure to do this, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, or rejects the prize, will result in the prize being forfeited and the Promoter will award the prize to a reserve winner selected at the same time as the original winner. The process will be repeated until the prize is claimed or until 10/05/2024. • 2 x Category 1 tickets for the UEFA Champions League Final match on 01/06/2024 at Wembley Stadium in London, United Kingdom for winner and one guest.
• Return transfers to and from the hotel and Wembley Stadium.
• 2 x nights' 4* accommodation (double occupancy) at the Meliá White House, with breakfast included on 31/05/2024 and 01/06/2024.
• 1 x £500 Mastercard prepaid card, supplied to the winner.

14. 2 x Runner-up prizes available to win for 2 adults aged 18 or over (one winner and one guest), which must be taken on 01/06/2024, consisting of:

• Return transfers to and from a London location (chosen by the Promoter) and Wembley Stadium.

15. All other costs and expenses in taking up the prize, including but not limited to, spending money as required, shall be borne solely by the winner and their guest. The prize is as stated and nothing else is included. The tickets are courtesy of the Promoter, Mastercard, an Official Sponsor of the UEFA Champions League.

16. There is no cash or other alternative for the prize in whole or in part except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize, or part of the prize, with one of equal or greater value at the choosing and discretion of the Promoter.

17. The prize is date and event specific and cannot be transferred or postponed to a later date. The Main prize must be taken on 31/05/2024 to 02/06/2024 and the Runner-up prizes must be taken on 01/06/2024. Entrants should ensure that they are available during this period in case they are the winner. Failure to be able to attend will result in the prize being forfeited and the Promoter will award the prize to an alternate winner. If an alternate winner cannot be found prior to the event date, the Promoter will dispose of the prize without liability to any winner.

18. If fulfilment or any element of this prize draw will be delayed or affected due to government restrictions, and/or those outside of the reasonable control of the Promoter, all entrants affected will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotional dates, revised fulfilment dates or prize.

19. Failure to comply with all of the above may result in the prize being forfeited and the Promoter may at its absolute discretion award the prize to an alternative winner at Mastercard's discretion without liability to the winner. The decision of the Promoter is final.

Other Important Information

20. If the football match is cancelled for reasons outside of the Promoter's control or for reasons related to health and safety, without any liability to the Promoter or any obligation to arrange an alternative prize, there will be no rescheduling this element of the prize.

21. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for hotels or transport companies being unavailable, withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, the Promoter will, as a gesture of good will only, endeavour to find a suitable alternative.

22. The method of transport for the return transfers to and from Wembley Stadium will be confirmed once the winners are confirmed and has accepted the prize.

23. The Main prize package must be taken as a whole, and hotels cannot be redeemed separately. The winner and their guest must stay in the same hotel room together.

24. All travel, accommodation and other products and services provided to the winners will be provided subject to the Terms and Conditions of each such provider. Neither the Promoter nor their agents will have any liability in relation thereto, and any dispute arising from travel, accommodation or services must be taken up with such providers.

25. The Promoter and its agents do not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the prize draw or as a result of accepting the prize or any element of the prize. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents are not liable or responsible for any injury, loss or damage to persons or property arising from or caused by the weather, acts of God, war, accident, pandemic or epidemic and any related government action or any other government restrictions or regulations, or from an act or omission of any individual or condition beyond its control.

26. By accepting the prize, the winners and their guests agree to adhere to the Wembley Stadium and UEFA regulations and the Terms and Conditions of the tickets that form part of their prize. 27. The winners and their guests take part in the prize at their own risk and to the fullest extent allowed by law. The Promoter will have no liability in relation to the conduct of the winner or guest, nor in connection with any circumstances outside its control with respect to the prize once fulfilled. The winner and their guest are subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions of any and all third parties involved in the fulfilment of the prize. Any Terms and Conditions applicable to the prize have been provided to the fullest extent possible.

28. Any personal data requested directly by any third parties including Wembley Stadium and UEFA for the purpose of this experience will be solely governed by their respective Privacy Policies and practices. 29. The winners are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests whilst taking the prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winners and/or their guests from participation in any aspect of the prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the prize or if the winners and/or their guests act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others.

30. The Event Organiser reserves the right to remove a winner and/or guest who is not acting in adherence with stadium regulations.

31. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to the event to any person regardless if they have a valid ticket.

32. Please note that flash photography will be used throughout the evening.

General

33. The Promoter will make available the prize winner's surname and county of residence upon request by emailing mastercard.promotions@biggroup.co.uk, within 3 months after the Closing Date of this promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting mastercard.promotions@biggroup.co.uk. The Promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so to indicate that a valid prize award took place. 34. It is the responsibility of each entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and accepting the prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or prize fulfilment.

36. The Promoter will not be held responsible for a winner and/or guest not taking advantage of their prize due to health or any other reason.

37. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant's entry to the promotion.

38. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the total cash value of the prize as at the date of entry.

39. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winner including but not limited to asking for proof of address and ID (passport or equivalent) and to refuse to award the prize or withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion or any instructions forming part of this promotion's entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.

40. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

41. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

42. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual issues which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by relevant English law with any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
