Octopus Tariff Change option gone following fixing
Am i missing something here? Whilst i've been sold down the "no exit fee" route, have I missed something which means I can't switch to another internal octopus tariff? I see the March 12m fix is slightly cheaper.

Even though there's no early exit fee and switching is OK they do remove the link to the page once you're on a tariff with an end date
If the page isn't bookmarked then try substituting your account number into

Thanks jak22 the link you gave worked for me and allowed me to change my tarrif. Although I had only just changed a couple of weeks ago, the new fixed deal for Oct 2024 was even cheaper, so I was able to switch again thanks to your help. Octopus changed my tarrif the next day. This is the link, see jaks comment above.

The latest 12M does seem cheaper than recent 15M fixes, although rates vary by region the electricity unit rate looks lower than the July fix and the gas unit rate close, but standing charges are a little higher now.
They also have a page about Fix vs Variable https://octopus.energy/blog/fixed-or-flexible/ that mentions the Change Your Tariff option confirming "You'll see this option if you're on a Flexible tariff or coming to the end of a fixed one. If you can't see this option on your dashboard, get in touch with our team at hello@octopus.energy."
The switching page changes both energies, but contains a note offering to change only one by contacting them by email.

Just tried that link (with my account number) and got a page not found (404) error. I've just started a 15M fix and changed it twice to a newer slightly cheaper version even before I went live. Did it by emailing them, and got a reply confirming the change within 2 hours.

Make sure you are logged in first.
Also look in the mobile app at the bottom of the tariff page if you don't see it on the home page.0 -

It worked this time! However, it only showed me a 12M fix, where I'm currently on a 15M fix. Have they dropped the 15M fixes now?
