My daughter has parked her car at Riverside Retail park in Warrington in a parent/child bay. She received NTK on 13 March 2024. She sent TEMPLATE ''ONE SIZE FITS ALL'' FIRST APPEAL THAT DOESN'T SAY WHO WAS DRIVING

She has now received letter below. She has not disclosed the driver. Should she now request a POPLA code ?

@Anchovie do you have a question that is not answered in the NEWBIE sticky; it seems you found and read it as you/your daughter sent first appeal. What happened with the appeal and what happened when you/she complained to the Retail park?

The retail park will cancel it the same day she complains if she is polite and conveys how upset she is and minded to boycott the place.

Ignore that letter seeking the driver's details and wait patiently for an appeal refusal and accompanying PoPLA code.

UKPC really do come out with rubbish, they would do a better job by making sure the car park has spaces that can actually fit modern vehicles

See what POPLA has to say but they have become a jubk organisation, supporting the cowboys... A BPA "Let's support the money scammers" operation

Hopefully the retail park will get this rubbish cancelled and hopefully understandthat UKPC is not suitable for their business

If POPLA reject, it's no problem. The UKPC practice of rubbish is known by the courts

The Retail park registered office is in Luxembourg. She complained at the store who advised that she should contact their head office. Awaiting their response

A judge is likely to take a very dim view of this imo.  The courts are jammed packed with genuine cases because of this time-wasting nonsense.
