Octopus app wheel of fortune - anyone ever 'won' anything?

Everytime I log into the app, I spin that daily wheel. Probably done it a 100 times and never won anything. I wondered if anyone else has?

forgotten about that - is it just on the app (which I haven't got ) - think I had it once on an email and got 8 points ?? or something like that - doesn't appear on the desktop account

Online through website, not app, there is a 'Wheel of Fortune' which can be spun once a month per fuel. It has 12 segments, 5 x £0, 5 x £1, 1 x £64 and 1 x £512. Despite several years of spinning I have a sum total of £0 won. Ditto my partner who lives elsewhere. So it is not random in any sense but clearly rigged to pay out whatever pot they have decided upon. In all honesty I'd prefer they didn't do it at all as the constant non winning is a real negative.

But you never know! Share the excitement with me now as I do this month's spins:

    electric - £0

    gas - £0

    Now there's a surprise!!

I never have and had assumed that a win was pretty rare.

It comes up on the website whenever I submit a reading for gas or electricity. Strangely it sometimes blocks me and says I have already played it that month (even though I haven't).

Previously I had zilch each time but, following the revision last autumn, I now get 8 each for gas and electricity twice a month. These only convert to octopoints linked to reduction of use periods but the shortness of notice and low rewards for reducing usage at high peak times is hardly worth the effort - less than £9 in the past 6 months.
